Remembered in Sutivan
The Sutivan Public Library bears his name, and a plaque was unveiled at his birth house in 2019. Library programmes and translations of his poems bring back to his homeland the work he created in Chile. A process for his beatification was initiated in the Church; this should be distinguished from being declared a blessed or a saint.
