A family farm in Bol
The Jasmin Marinković Family Farm was established in 2012 and presents itself under the name BOL IN. Alongside its olive groves, it cultivates a Pošip vineyard and an orchard where figs and sour cherries predominate. It is a member of Poljoprivredna zadruga Bol.
Olive production includes Oblica, Lastovka and Levantinka, as well as smaller quantities of other varieties. Oil from its own olive groves is sold under the name OL BOL, while its Pošip grapes are supplied to the Bol winery Jako vino, also known as Stina.
Production and island products
Alongside olive oil, its public offering includes fruit jams, liqueurs, traditional sweets, pickled herbs and oil macerates. The farm highlights the use of its own ingredients and family recipes.
The family takes part in presenting local products at events in Bol. Its products are also connected with the farm’s tourism activities, introducing guests to its own production. A phone number, email and social media profiles are published for contact.
