The Cukrov family and olive growing in Škrip
The Katja Cukrov Family Farm connects olive cultivation and processing with Muzej uja (Olive Oil Museum) in Škrip. The family continues to produce its own olive oil using modern equipment, while the restored old oil mill shows how earlier generations worked. The farm profile also lists marmalades made from local fruit.
From the old oil mill to the tasting room
The history of the oil mill dates back to 1864 and the Krstulović family. Oil processing continued there until 1963; Kruno Cukrov and his family restored the space and opened the museum in 2013. The display includes a mill, a press and other tools for producing and storing oil.
Products and visits
The tasting room presents the family’s olive oil and other local products. The official website lists the possibility of tastings and purchases, while the Supetar Tourist Board publishes the museum’s contact details and social profiles. Check directly about visits, available products and tasting conditions.
